Deep joined Port-P in January 2017 through the new apprenticeship scheme and has since taken on various engineering roles in the business, while also continuing studying for his higher-level apprenticeship. He has completed Comptia Network+ and Security+ qualifications this year, with hopes of completing his level 4 apprenticeship in the coming months. As well as studying, Deep is always eager to connect with our customers and ensure they’re looked after when on-site and from back at HQ.
Deep particularly enjoys working on-site where he can engage with clients. He understands the importance of face-to-face visits and ensures that clients requirements are met without hesitating to go the extra mile. When on the job, Deep can be found in the server room configuring switches, up ladders installing cameras or even at his desk with a sugar rush helping account managers with technical quotations. As part of the technical team, Deep is the go to guy for all things Office 365 both in the office and on-site to ensure our clients have great service both remotely and during project migrations.
Outside of work, Deep is either relaxing playing League at home or stuck in traffic somewhere near Aberystwyth! He is also a football fan following Liverpool on their journey to win a trophy (at some point in his lifetime he hopes).
