to a named company director. And we don’t just mean a quick update over the phone
– that means regular face-to-face meetings at your convenience as standard.
We promise never to change your account manager without your prior agreement. Our
managers are more than just a contact – they’re a vital link between your team and
ours. Therefore, we’ll always consult you before any alteration. And should you
receive the wrong product or a faulty item (well, we’ve got to be prepared for every
eventually – however slight) simply tell us before 12 noon and we’ll collect it
the same day.
