How does it work?
In order to benefit from Education licensing a minimum of five licenses need to be purchased to open an agreement.
To qualify your business needs to operate within the following educational areas:
- A public or private vocational school, college or university that is recognised and approved by the department
of education within the UK - Administrative office for an educational institution or the board of education
- Staff working Full or Part time in an educational faculty
- A public library
- A public Museum
- A recognised home school program
How to Pay?
When purchasing an Educational License the price is fixed, this helps you to budget knowing the price is not going to change. With Open License for Academic, Select License for Academic or Select Plus for Academic you own the license at the end of the term. However, with the Campus Agreement and School Agreement the license enables you to rent the software for the duration of the license, which provides a low entry cost. Software Assurance is available on all license types ensuring you are always kept up to date with the latest software releases.
