If you don’t currently have access to one then you may be interested in learning more about Port-P’s network support voucher scheme. The vouchers are valid for a year and can be purchased in a minimum number of 10 at any one time which will give access to Port-P’s engineering resource and technical expertise.
This service that is provided is not intended to replace Port-P’s traditional support and maintenance contracts and only applies to specific organisations.
If the vouchers are being used for diagnosis of a fault then there is no guarantee of a
satisfactory resolution.
10 vouchers is the minimum number that can be purchased at any time
The vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase
Additional vouchers can be purchased for extra hours and chargeable services, spares are not included but can be purchased separately.
Any partially used vouchers will be counted as if a full voucher has been used
