On December 1, 2010 HP launched a new product called: HP Insight for Microsoft System Center Essentials 2010. This product offers a choice of 1 and 3 years of bundled SW Technical Support and SW Updates. Only 4 and 5 year Care Packs will be available as you have the option at the point of purchase to buy HP Insight for Microsoft System Center Essentials 2010 with 3 years of support bundled with it. No 3 year Care Packs will be available.
